All LAY-BUY payments are automatically setup in PayPal

 

HOW DO I USE LAY-BUYS?

Shop here at www.sink-zone.ca and checkout as you normally would.

At checkout, choose "Put it on Lay Buy" as the form of payment.

You can then choose the down-payment percentage and the quantity of months you want. All payments are automated between the store and you ( the buyer) in Paypal. 

 

CAN I SELECT THE DOWN-PAYMENT % I WANT TO PAY?

Yes, you are presented with a dropdown to select the down-payment you want to pay

 

CAN I SELECT HOW MANY MONTHS I NEED TO PAY-OFF THE BALANCE?

Yes, you are presented with a dropdown to select how many monthly instalments

 

ARE THERE ANY ONGOING COSTS?

No ongoing costs - only a once-off admin fee. Admin fee amount depends on order value

 

ARE THERE ANY INTEREST CHARGES?

No interest charges ever

 

ARE THERE ANY LATE FEES?

No late fees ever

 

WHEN DO I RECEIVE THE GOODS ?

You receive your goods after your final payment; You can also payout balance at anytime and take an earlier delivery.

 

HOW ARE LAY-BUY INSTALMENT PAYMENTS PAID?

Lay-buy instalment payments are auto-paid from your linked card in your PayPal setup

 

 HOW DO I ENSURE ALL LAY-BUY INSTALMENT PAYMENTS ARE PAID?

You just need to ensure that there is always funds available 

 

CAN I MANUALLY MAKE PAYMENTS TOWARDS MY LAY-BUY ORDER?

No - all Lay-buy payments are automated via a recurring profile in your PayPal setup

 

CAN I SETTLE A LAY-BUY EARLIER?

Yes - please contact store at info@sink-zone.ca to revise payment plan. 

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF A PAYMENT IS MISSED?

PayPal will then auto attempt again in 5 days, two more times

 

CAN I SEE MY PAYMENT PLAN?

Yes, you can login to your PayPal account – go to settings >> payments >> pre-approved payments 

 

IS THERE A SPENDING LIMIT?

No, there is no spending limit  

 

ARE ALL ITEMS ELIGIBLE FOR Put it on Lay buy?

Yes
  

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM PURCHASED WITH Put it on Lay buy?

Put it on Lay buy returns and Exchange policies follow Sink Zone store policies.
